Of course, there is a saying ‘never say never’, but I’ll suggest to keep your expectation in check. The door lock to the exclusivity clause has been removed, but no one can do anything if Bandai Namco isn’t opening the door. There is a chance, but the chance is extremely slim. At the moment though, there isn’t any word on Bandai Namco making a decision to port it to PC. With the clause expires today, this means Bandai Namco are free to port over the VR content over to the Steam platform for PC-based VR headsets, if they choose to. Unfortunately, there is still no hint towards a release on PC Steam as of this writing. Bandai Namco‘s flight action title Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown sees its first anniversary release today, which also marks the day where the exclusivity clause for the VR content on Playstation VR expires.
